Shaun spent 10 years in the Canadian Armed forces where he was an instructor pilot and an operational pilot/crew commander on the Aurora (P-3). He subsequently spent several years piloting at Canadian Regional Airlines and flying a Bombardier Challenger 604 for a private operator in the middle-east. Shaun founded a wholesale garment business in 1999 that supplied more than 150 retailers accross Canada.

In 2003 Shaun turned his passion to real estate and hasn’t looked back. Shaun quickly became recognized as the Coal Harbour expert, listing and selling luxury waterfront condominiums for local residents and non-resident investors alike. With a constantly growing clientele, he has steadily expanded his knowledge and expertise in Vancouver’s real estate market to include sales throughout the entire downtown peninsula and surrounding areas including homes on the West Side, North Shore, Commercial Drive and UBC.
